Baseball Bat
The 2 1/4" S2 is a two-piece hybrid design with with a -13 length-to-weight ratio. This light weight two-piece design allows the S2 to whip through the zone, while the Connexion technology stops vibration dead in its tracks.

I got this bat and was destroying the ball right away i have hit 8 over the fence in 12 games has very great pop nothing wrong with it at all

I have to say I'm not happy about writing this, but after the first bat went dead and I sent it in, we got a second one. That one after 1 hit had something rattling in the barrel. Sent that in, got another one. 2 weeks later that one is dead too. When I called, they not only made me feel like it was some anomaly, and that there is a 400 day policy and a 2 bat return policy. I told them that was not acceptable as we still have not had a good bat that did not fail. She finally got some type of approval to ship a new one, but only if the "inspector" determined I was telling the truth would they send me new one...again. I am torn on what to do so I asked for an S3 instead and hopefully this one will not break. Never even got any sort of apology after have 2 prior "inspector" approved issues.

I bought this bat S2 30" 17 oz. for my 8 1/2 year old son. He is a pretty good little ball player and has always been a good hitter. His previous bat was the Easton surge 29" 16 oz. This new S2 is very similar having the composite handle with alum barrel, though this new S2 has much more pop. He is definitely hitting the ball farther and more solid and he loves the way it looks and feels, he says.
My son is big for his age, but after a lot of research, I found that the S2 was the better bat for him as compared to the XL2. Both great bats, but the S2 is much lighter for a faster swing. We are both very happy and will continue to buy Easton as long as they keep putting out top of the line quality, durable bats.

Best Bat in town. My son absolutely loves this bat....Great great great bat....Love it! We recently purchased another Easton bat that was heavier for my son...Easton is the best company to deal with if you have any issues with anything that you purchase for your baseball player. Truly great experience using Easton Products...We love Easton....We have used thier bats, gloves, helmets, and pants...Easton rules baseball world.

Both the S2 and XL2 are terrific bats. Very durable, Great sweet spots, weight ratio is just right for youth baseball. Bat speed is everything and both of these bats deliver!!!

This bat has been good all around bat. Both our bigger boys and smaller boys can get good bat speed and generate decent power. Would prefer more length/weight ratios

First Easton bat purchased for my son. Good balance, excellent pop off of the bat. Drop ratio is perfect for taller kids, with an extended reach who want a little lighter bat. Will buy Easton bats again.
