XL2 (-8) - SR LEAGUE 2013
Baseball Bat
The XL2 Senior League bat is a hybrid two-piece -8 design with a composite handle and aluminum barrel. The two-piece design, coupled with some extra barrel mass allows the XL2 -8 to whip through the zone, causing balls to jump off the bat.
- An extra long barrel design for a massive sweet spot and an expanded hitting zone
- Patented ConneXion™ uses "hinge" technology to eliminate vibration

Rated 3 out of 5 by johnabbott Good, but not with enough pop.
When I hit the ball right on the sweet spot with tones of bat speed, it goes far. But with bats like the S1 and the XL1, it feels as though the ball automatically jumps of the bat and goes a long way no mater how I make contact. I love the classic aluminum feel though, and it is very forgiving with the composite handle. I also like to feel the two piece flexibility of this bat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BigMomba Fantastic bat, huge sweet spot and easy to swing. Ball flys off the bat and over the fence!
My 9 year old recently upgraded from XL1 to the XL 3 29/21 and has been crushing the ball. Line drives through the infield and towering fly balls to/over the fence. Great bat and though 21 oz. my son tells me easy to swing!

Awesome!!! After playing with aluminum bats for a few years and drooling over other bats that were composite I finally sprung for the extra few dollars to go composite and have not looked back! Smooth swing and even better feel on contact!

Got this bat about 2-3 weeks ago and right out of the wrapper he was hitting deep bombs. It is perfectly weighted with the extra long barrell for the extra long pop. I reccommend this bat to everyone who asks about it and when somone wants to try it out from my kid they start launching the ball and immediately started crushing the ball. My son and my team were using the batt in our game and it had to of increased the amount of the runs we scored by at least 3 or 4 a game. I tell all the dads and moms of the kids on my team to at least consider purchasing this bat for their son. Overall best bat of the century!

Rated 5 out of 5 by aj37 great bat, end loaded but not too much
the Easton XL2 is the best bat I've used yet. I've used it for 2 months in winter practice and is a great bat, in the middle between the heavy feeling end loaded bats and the super light ones out there.
A good end loaded bat, hits well and provides enough feedback to know if I hit the ball properly. the -8 is a good transition weight to go from little league to high school.
