Returns and Exchanges

Easton will gladly accept returns and exchanges for products purchased within 30 days of original receipt. All products returned to our warehouse should be new, unused and in the original packaging that you received it in, unless defective.

You must have a web order # to submit a return claim. This # can be found on your email confirmation receipt when you made a purchase and on the printed receipt that came in your shipment

For security purposes, please enter the shipping zip code associated with the Web Order #.

Exchanges

We gladly exchanges product for alternate sizes and/or colors of the exact product purchased. Please do not submit an exchange request if you like to recieve an alternative product please submit a Return request. For all exchanges, we will ship a replacement product to you within 5-7 business days from the time we receive the original product at our warehouse. You will not be charged for any additional shipping or restocking fees.

Returns

For all your returns, we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days from the time we receive the product at our warehouse. Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s) you purchased minus $7.99 return shipping. You will not be refunded for original shipping and handling fees. Note - Oversized and Specialty items are subject to a higher restocking fee.

  3. Follow the email instructions to print a return

Only orders placed through Easton.com are eligible for return or exchange through this website. If you purchased an Easton product through one of our retail partners, please exchange that item directly through that store. Exchange policies may differ from store to store.
