I really like that these pads have a hard plastic cap, which to me makes them a little more protective than other entry level elbow pads. They also are pretty flexible and do not restrict any movement of the elbow. The only negative thing about these pads is that the straps stick to my jersey whenever I put it on.

Comfortable elbow pad, good for the money, fits well. Only issue I have is the cross/forearm strap, which is always coming undone when I put my jersey on, or during play. It seems extraneous and irritating.
