Rated 3 out of 5 RS 2 shin pad
Even on the RS2 the upper strap could be better. Don't know why they didn't go with a normal strap that is wide and won't come off...

Rated 3 out of 5 I hate the velcro
The fit of these takes some getting used to, but they do have lots of protection. The major complaint I have is the upper strap, the velcro pad that slides along the strap has nothing to prevent it from sliding right off, the second time I used these I already lost that pad and now there's nothing for the strap to fasten to. for $130 I would think this problem should have been solved long before I got them.

Very comfortable and they offer a lot of protection. They are very light as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jsjoystick feels good and does protect well.
this pad is slim enough i went a size up and the fit is professional. the pads are griped and soft on the epidermis. velcro is in all the appropriate places, will stay in place.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Diaz98 Protective but bulky
Very durable and very protective, the Easton RS shinguards do their job extremely well. They make my shins look huge and aren't the most mobile shinguards I've ever used but I bought them because I needed to get in front of more shots and not have to worry about pain. These shinguards are the real deal in terms of protection. The floating knee cradle is a plus in terms of potential mobility but I think the idea can be improved upon.

I used to buy only Bauer gear, but after going through what seemed like a new pair of shin pads every year, the knee caps were always cracking, I picked up a pair of these. I have been extremely happy with them. They are light and super comfortable and show no sign of breaking down.
