GENERAL INFORMATION / OVERVIEW
Easton prides itself on the quality and performance of its products that not only meet, but also exceed industry quality and durability standards. However, all materials are subject to fatigue and a possible breakdown over time.
Easton will replace any "warranty eligible" equipment that is a result of manufacturer defects in material or workmanship during "normal" use. The Easton warranty program does not cover any defects that are caused due to improper use of equipment or any alteration of our products of any kind.
USA Warranty claims can be made either by completing our Online Form or by calling our Warranty Customer Service department to submit your claim.
Please review our Warranty policy in full to determine whether your Easton equipment meets the eligibility requirements for a claim and to obtain submission instructions.
Easton will replace its lacrosse heads that crack or break under normal playing conditions for up to six monthsfrom the customer's original purchase date. Heads that are altered in any way (dying, baking, pinching or using the Launch head without piston assembly) will not be replaced. Strings are not part of the warranty and must be removed and replaced by the customer.
Easton will replace shafts that break or severely bend under normal playing conditions for up to six months from the customer's original purchase date. Dings, dents or scratching may occur during normal use and are not covered by the warranty. Intentionally breaking or bending a shaft will void the warranty. Shafts are limited to a two-time replacement from the date of purchase.
Easton will replace any of its lacrosse protective equipment (gloves, shoulder pad, shoulder pad liner,chest protector, arm guards, arm pads, elbow pads, thumb protectors) that are
deemed defective or damaged for up to 90 days from the customer's original purchase date. Scratches and/or discoloration from the environment may occur during normal use and are not covered by the warranty.

will accept any warranty claims for product purchased only through an
"Easton Authorized Dealer". Valid proof of purchase from an Easton
Authorized Dealer is required.
Proof of purchase is
required for each return. Proof of purchase can be a receipt, cancelled
check, credit card or bank statement, or anything else that clearly
indicates the date of purchase. Third
party receipts, such as PayPal, PayPoint, etc. will not be accepted.

the product is no longer available but still under warranty, we will
replace with a different color or upgrade you free of charge if we no
longer carry that item.
Easton does not warranty products that
are given as part of a promotional giveaway (i.e. free stick for
attending a camp), demo or sample product. Easton will also not accept
as defective products with small dings, dents or scratches as this may
occur during normal use of all products and are not covered under
This warranty does not cover products that have
been purchased at an auction, or on auction websites without the express
written consent of Easton Lacrosse, used equipment purchased from
re-sellers, and any representation or warranty made by dealers beyond
the provisions of this warranty.
Returns must have a Return
Authorization Number (RA Number) - see below. Products sent directly to
Easton without a valid RA Number will not be processed and your item
will not be returned.
Easton reserves the right to question and refuse any claims made for warranties if tampering or foul play is suspected.

we receive your Return Authorization form, we will evaluate your
request. If it meets the requirements of our policy we will then send
you a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) within 3 business days.
You MUST have a RA Number before returning defective product.
defective item must be returned directly to Easton. Shipping
instructions and ship to address will also be sent to you with the RA
Number. Do not return the product to the sporting goods dealer from which it was purchased.
Once the RA Number is issued, you must return the product along with proof of purchase within 14 days by prepaid carrier.
If Easton agrees that the product is defective, a repaired or replacement product will be shipped via FedEx Ground delivery.
