Easton® Wood bats feature hand-crafted wood from the USA, bringing the design expertise and innovation from the company’s metal bats to wood bats. The MAKO® Maple Youth uses rock-hard maple – known for creating great exit velocity with superior durability. The pro-balanced speed design is built to play like the MAKO® youth bat for an easy transition to wood bats for younger players. The MAKO® Maple Youth has a 7/8” handle with leather knob label, and a laser-engraved barrel with cupped end complete the solid look and powerful feel. The bat has an approximate weight drop range of -7 to -10.

Has Pop, But won’t last long
I bought this bat a few months ago and when I stepped up to the plate for the first time this season, the bat broke on the first swing.

Money In the trash!
Bought this less than a week ago, it snapped on the second batting practice. I’m sooo angry, because I read the reviews, and thought comments were just discrediting, but unfortunately true. These bats are awful.

Third Time was NOT a Charm
We purchased not one, two, but three of these in hopes it was just a fluke that our son broke them with ONE hit during BP but that was not the case...all 3 broke with one hit, in the same place, even hitting the ball in the “sweet spot”...it’s hard to give this company in general another chance when you can’t get your money back or return the bat(s) and now you’ve spent $150...

Broken Bat After ONE Batting Practice!!!
My 8 yr old son broke this bat during his 1st BP prior to his 1st game. Very Disappointed in the quality of this bat! Hopefully they will cover it under warranty...

Bat Broke #2 Almost 1 Month Exactly
Purchased bat #2 after the first one broke last month. Granted, its been thru some games and one tournament but today was bat #2s last day. This one cracked under the grip tape. Fortunately (or not) I ordered two this last time just to be sure we got thru the season. At this rate, I should probably have him stick with a more expensive bat since we are catching up in price. I can say this will be the last for us...sorry...

Bat Broke
Bat broke at the handle after two games. You kind of expect that with a wood bat but not quite that soon!

Do not buy this bat!!!
This bat split into at the handle on the first time use. Not sturdy at all. Will never buy a Easton wood bat again
