Absolutely no instructions
I purchased an Easton Z6 Sr batting helmet for my son and ordered the facemask as his league requires he have a mask. The facemask arrived without any directions on how to install it. The helmet has small indentions that line up where the screws should go through the helmet but there are no holes. I tried to remove the earpiece inside the helmet to see if I could drill a small hole for the screws but the foam padding isn't designed to be removed. I'm afraid if I alter the helmet or install the mask incorrectly, it will either void my warranty or prevent me from returning this helmet if the mask can't be installed. I emailed and phoned Easton customer service and was on hold forever. As of this review I've still not spoken with anyone at Easton--it's just a looped recording advertising their products.
