The 7' XLP training net is ideal for older players or for a larger pitching/fielding target. It is designed to catch as many balls as possible with nearly the entire net being a catch pocket while using heavy duty netting and double stitching to prevent against wear and tear. Sets up in less than a minute and fits easily into a travel bag for transportation. Also includes ground stakes and a removable strike zone target.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works good for the most part. Works good for my kids little league and travel ball teams, as long as the ball is above the catch line, problem is don't lose any parts of it. Lost two top poles, reached out to Easton about trying to get replacements, and was told that they do not provide replacements. So if you lose anything, you're either buying a new one, or moving on to a competitor.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good frame, poor net The frame is very good, sturdy and easy to assemble. On the other hand, the quality of the net does not match it. The net does not catch baseballs very well. When this was new, it would only catch 25-30 baseballs out of a bucket of 60. After a few uses, the velcro strap on one side is almost completely ripped off the net. As a result, the bottom "catching" net now sags really low and the net now catches only 15-20 out of 60.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk If your sons in Tball or possibly under 12yrs old this might work. $150 net for an 8th grader and high school ball player. Bought two nets and neither one catch the balls. They bounce right back off the net all over the place. Quality feels fantastic out of the box, performance is the issue. Companies make $50$75 nets that do better than this. Thought through Easton it might actually be a respectable product, wrong. I would call , but according to the other reviews about their customer service seems like a waste of time. Hoping I'll hear from someone within the Easton organization sooner than later.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love my net I bought this net a little over a month ago and I love it!!!! Easy to assemble and the size is amazing. The only thing I hope they improve on is a locking mechanism for the base poles. Other than that this net is so worth the price!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spend the extra $50, worth it. Happy I spent the extra bucks for this one, nice heavy net.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked Great at First I purchased the net and after a few months one of the fiberglass poles (two total) snapped. Unfortunately you cannot use the net without both poles. I reached out to Easton customer care to see what they can do and they informed me that they do not sell or provide extra poles and have not responded to any of my other inquiries. It's been a very disappointing experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easton 7ft Net The net is huge with a giant area to use for tee work and soft toss. It appears to be well made and durable I am about 6ft 3in. and my daughter is 5ft 10in. And both power hitters, so this net is not for the older ball players or power hitters. when we would hit into the net, both off a tee and soft toss, the ball would “shoot” right back out like a sling shot. I do give kudos to Easton as they did send a replacement net as we thought this one would be defective but the replacement has the exact same issue. With the second net we actually thought that maybe the net has to “break in.” So we gave it 6-700 hundred cuts and still the same issue. I like the concept of the 7ft wide net and the part that “should” catch the balls, but it is just not effective for us. Would recommend for the young players or those that dont swing for power.
