Easton's Bat Warranty Claim

We want the Easton warranty process to be simple, so here’s how it works: during the first year from the original date of purchase, if your non-wood bat develops dents and/or cracks from normal use, we’ll fix it or replace it. Once you submit your claim, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your bat to us. It’s important to note that in order to begin processing your claim, you need to return your bat to us along with proof of purchase, so don’t forget that. *Please note: Easton does not accept PayPal receipts as proof of purchase. Please hold on to your receipt for further instructions in your return e-mail.
*When you submit this request an Easton Bat Warranty Representative will notify you of your return authorization number by e-mail within 3 business days.
