Shipping Information

Shipping rates will vary from order to order depending on several factors including the Shipping Method selected, shipping location, and weight of order.

FedEx Shipping Options:
1. Standard Home Delivery 

Some oversized items classify as "Specialty Items" and are subject to increased shipping rates.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped that will include a tracking # so that you can follow the path of your order to ensure that it arrives, as it should.


We do not ship to PO Box addresses.


We only ship to the United States, NO International orders (including Canada) are accepted.


State sales tax may apply depending on the state in which you are located. You will be notified of the charge before completing your order.

Important Payment Information:

  • Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped.
  • Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order.
  • For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. You may receive an error message during the checkout process if the information provided is inaccurate or does not match your records.

E-mails About Your Order:

After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:

Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number and details of the products ordered and shipping information.

Shipment Confirmation: this e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.


Returns & Exchanges

For returns and exchanges, please contact our customer service department to authorize a return. Easton customer service can be reached toll free at 1-800-345-8140, Monday-Friday, between 8am and 5pm, PST.  


We gladly exchange product for alternate sizes and/or colors of the exact product purchased within 30 days of the purchase date.  We do not exchange a product for a different model product. For all exchanges, we will ship a replacement product within 5-7 business days from the time we receive the original product in our warehouse.  You will not be charged for any additional shipping or restocking fees.  All products must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging that you received it in.


For all returns, a refund will be credited back to the original form of payment, within 3-5 business days from the time we receive the product in our warehouse.  Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s) you purchased, minus a $7.99 restocking fee. Note - Oversized and Specialty items are subject to a higher restocking fee. All products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and be new, unused, and in the original packaging that you received it in. No exceptions.
