As the #1 Bat in Youth Baseball, you can trust and expect that Easton will deliver the best performing bats in the game, and the 2017/18 Beast X is no exception. The 2017/18 Beast X -10 2-3/4”, approved for play in USSSA and associations that follow the 1.15BPF standard, features Easton’s ATAC alloy, an all-new advanced thermal alloy construction that creates the most powerful barrel in the game. The Beast X -10 is a one-piece balanced speed design that offers a fast swing weight for more power behind the ball at contact, and the X-tended barrel design, combined with the new ATAC alloy, delivers the longest aluminum barrel, with the biggest sweet spot in the game. Loud. Powerful. Brute Strength. Are you ready to experience the Power of X? Effective January 1, 2018, this bat will not be legal for play in associations governed by USA Baseball.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pop! Balanced feel Bought this for my 11 year old. Way more pop than his Last few bats. And he seems to control the barrel better with the more balanced weight.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Pop This is a good bat my son is 10 (swings 28in -10) dented it in a month and half. Still Hits fine but the dents are getting worse. Overall its a great bat just wish the durability was a little better. Its still under warranty so ill turn it in and get another. If you kid hits with any kind of power I would suggest staying with a 2 5/8 not the 2 3/4.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST BAT EVER This bat has great pop and power.I have hit 8 HomeRuns with it and it is very light to get through the zone fast.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Alloy Bat Knowing it’s not ideal to use composite bats in lower temperatures early in baseball season, teams need good Alloy bats early in the spring season while temps are still lower. This bat delivered. My players like the balanced weight and it has very good pop. Being an alloy it also doesn’t need the break in period composites do. It has a good sound and the quality is very good. It seems this Beast X is a very good compliment to Eastons Ghost X. My team liked this bat so much we have two now. the original grip was fine but my team replaced with Lizard Skins and they like the feel even more. Instills confidence.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easton Beast X My son has always been a huge alloy fan and the Easton S3’s have always been his bat. So naturally when the beast X came out taking the place of the S3 we purchased it. Bat has great feel, and great pop. Bought it right before the Winter World Series in Rocky Mount NC. Hit 2 HR’s in one game first time using it. We bought it score that weekend and it showed some denting already. We even went up on Size. He’s 11u. He still loves it but would be great if the alloy was even stronger. Dents way too easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Back in the game My son used the 2016 and 2017 S7. The 17 model was a definite step backwards. Seemed to dent and crack if he hit air. Crushed the 3rd just before elite World Series and S30 in Orlando. Vendor there had the 2018 so we went ahead and got one. It has been great so far. Good feel and has held up to the punishing swing of a 12u player. I think Easton fixed the issues of 2017 and this bat looks good and plays good.
